Derek trained as a carpet fitter in the 1970s and achieved his ambition to run his own flooring business in 1984 when he opened Topfloor in the Forest Centre in Bordon before moving to the current, larger premises in 2009.Derek is a  strong believer in being part of the community and is a business representative on the Town Partnership which works to encourage cohesive planning in the area.

Sue joined Topfloor in 1995 and enjoys keeping the business running smoothly. She specialises in forming relationships with customers to meet their requirements, provide ongoing support, and to ensure a successful outcome.

Michael is the senior carpet fitter and has worked for Topfloor since 1984. Mick is known for his ready wit and is consequently very popular with the customers.  But that is not his only asset, in our opinion the quality of his fitting is unsurpassed and is backed up by the many testimonials Topfloor receives from happy customers…thats why Topfloor have hung on to him for such a long time!
