	Derek Seale Managing Director Derek trained as a carpet fitter in the 1970s and achieved his ambition to run his own flooring business in 1984 when he opened Topfloor in the Forest Centre in Bordon before moving to the current, larger premises in 2009.Derek is a strong believer in being part of the community and is a business representative on the Town Partnership which works to encourage cohesive planning in the area.
	Theresa Seale Director Married to Derek and with three grown up children, Theresa has supported Derek over the years by helping in the showroom. She also set up the soft furnishing department and will often be the one responsible for the fitting of curtains for customers who require the service.
	Sue Wade Karndean and Curtain Administrator/sales Sue has worked at Topfloor for 15 years and enjoys keeping the business running smoothly. She specialises in forming relationships with customers to meet their requirements, provide ongoing support, and to ensure a successful outcome.
	Jill Street Sales Jill has been with Topfloor ten years and her main area of interest is the curtain department. She is known as ''Mother'' as much for the close attention she gives to the appearance and cleanliness of the shop, as for her warm concern for the comfort of both the customers and members of Topfloor staff.
	Carol Waddington Book Keeper Carol has been with Topfloor since May 2002 and is responsible for keeping the financial cogs turning (heaven help the fitter who forgets to return the paperwork!) Carol is a lateral thinker and can usually come up with a solution to any problem you may have.
	Julie Gray Sales Julie is a experienced and talented salesperson who has the knack of establishing just what the requirements of the customer are and helping them to make their choice, whether its carpets, vinyl or curtains they're after. She has worked with Topfloor since 2003 and is always a sunny presence.

	Michael Lyons Carpet Fitter Michael is the senior carpet fitter and has worked for Topfloor since 1984. Mick is known for his ready wit and is consequently very popular with the customers. But that is not his only asset, in our opinion the quality of his fitting is unsurpassed and is backed up by the many testimonials Topfloor receives from happy customers...thats why Topfloor have hung on to him for such a long time!
	Roger Sole Carpet/Karndean/Vinyl Fitter Roger came to work at Topfloor at the age of 18. He trained to be a carpet fitter under the expert tutelage of Mick and then showed an interest in laying smooth flooring so completed a course of training at the Karndean Head Office, gaining a certificate of proficiency in that field. He is now kept busy as he can put his hand to laying Karndean, sheet vinyl and carpet.
